Woodside will provide a safe and orderly environment while developing a researched based curriculum that will meet the educational needs of every student. Students will also be provided the opportunity to explore a variety of optional educational experiences and activities. Each student will experience an ongoing positive connection with at least one staff member at Woodside. Parents and community will be a valued and welcomed component to student’s academic and social growth. With the combination of our dedicated and caring staff, focused and respectful student body, supportive and participating parents, and our involved community, I am confident that Woodside will not only be a model middle school in central Iowa, but the entire state.
